On November 11, 2019 I parked in the parking lot near Little Caesars of of Chicago Drive in the old Cedar Village Mall on the corner of Chicago Drive and Waverly in Holland, Michigan. I came out of Little Caesars with my take out and ate. There was a huge cement base with wires sticking out of it and the light pole was gone. I couldn't see it sitting in my car and went forward and crashed into the large cement base. I'm on Disability so paying a deductable of $250.00 is a big sacrifice for me. I wrote the man that owns the parking lot and sent a picture of the cement base I crashed into as well as many other pot holes in that parking lot to parking lot owner Raj Sadjanal Loomba CSRL Enterprises INC 19318 Rose May Road Spring Lake, Michigan. 49456 as well as 3 phone calls that we're never returned and a letter I wrote with the same information was not answered. Damage to my car was $4,936.60 I had to pay a $250.00 deductible. Auto Body Xperts had my car for about 3 weeks. The parking lot is still in poor repair and merchants.have orange cones so people avoid the pot holes and the concrete base I hit is still there. I'm looking for $250.00 compensation for the deductible and loss of car for 3 weeks. Sincerely, Karen Rynbrandt. karen77rynbrandt@***.com
