I'm still waiting for a technician to repair my solar system. There's no qualified technician available, and Tesla seems to ignore concerns about warranty and after-sales service. Don't buy Tesla, they forget about you after the sale !

as one of the inaugural customers in Western Australia, initially lured by what appeared to be a gold standard in service, fast, professional, and beyond reproach.
However, fast forward just three years, and you're hit with a grim reality. I've been mired in ongoing issues with my Tesla Gateway and, despite months of relentless effort, haven't found a technician in Perth capable of resolving the issue.

What's even worse, neither CSR nor Tesla has bothered to send anyone to assess the problem.
The post-purchase experience in Western Australia hasn't just been a struggle; it's been an outright disgrace.

Consider this your stern warning if you're even remotely considering becoming a customer. Both Bradford Energy and/or CSR are entirely dependent on a single, pitifully small contractor in Western Australia (Solvation Pty Ltd) who, it seems, employs just one competent individual for installations and after-sales service.
Let's not mince words: honoring warranties isn't just neglected, it's a complete farce.

Preferred solution: Price reduction
