Carrot Cake Review
The little 4 pack of carrot cake truffles was so cute, I couldn't resist... But when I bit into one, woah!
Holey Moley! Gross! The inside has the texture of thick phlegm.
I won't get those again. :(
Cake had foreign object in it and was under baked.
I bought a cake at a bakery that they distribute cakes to. It contained a foreign object and was under baked.
They never followed up with me. I even spoke to the main man over the company "Eric Wagner" and he never followed up. I am very disappointed by this event. I was told I would hear back in a reasonable amount of time but never did.
I do not know how much longer they expect me to retain the cake in my freezer. It is over 3 months now. All they had to do was send me a return label or something. I never was even offered a reimbursement.
The company did not even care that I cracked my tooth. This is poor customer service at its highest level!
