This is the worst possible laundry company you can put in your building. Their smart phone app rarely works.
When you are trying to use it will suddenly stop working many times keeping you from adding drying time and making you pay for an unneeded full cycle. They have no customer service, and it is impossible to talk to a live person. They are also famous for not giving refunds for their app's mistakes.
If your board is considering using this company for your laundry rooms, please do not let them sign a contract! Bett er to take your clothes to the river and beat them on a rock than use CSC Go!!!
