Sold a car they didnt have the title for almost 3 months later I thought it was unusual to not have tags... Called dmv only to be told the car was showing in someone else's name and told me contact dealer. They gave some BS excuse to why it wasn't done and 3 days later I get pulled over and car impounded due to expired registration which they kept claiming was illegal which they were the wrong ones. A day later they some how have my tags and shows they only just paid the dmv now more than $500 needed to get car which they wont pay

I bought a truck from them I put 3,000 down after I took the truck they came back with the finance company needed 3 pay stub I gave it to them, that wasn't good enough. then they asked me for a w-2 form, I gave it to them. then they wanted 3 returned checks from the bank. It is not my account so I could not get them. I told them to give me my down payment back and I would bring their truck back to them they refused. They never did the paper work to transfer the title. they stole my 3,000 the came and took the truck. The funny part is this vehicle does not show them on title as owner, lien holder, registered owner so how could they order someone to reposses it if they were listed as the owner. I have filed a complaint with the D M V, their bond company, don't waste your time filing a claim with them it doesn't matter how much proof you have they will deny your claim. I am in the process of filing a law suit against them. Also for harassment Lee called my cell phone 59 times in 30 min. They are crooks. They forge document. they stated to the bond company that they sent me a 60 day notice, 120 day notice, and a notice stating that they would sell the vehicle in 5 days their statement of fact that they signed for the 5 day notice was dated oct 8 2015, how could they sell the vehicle in 5 days when they didn't even have possession of the vehicle until oct 30 th

They sold me a car that had a blown head gasket. Just days after purchasing noticed a sputtering problem the car was misfiring . Not even ten days after the car ran hot in driveway so I immediately turned the engine off and had it towed to the mechanic. The mechanic goes on to tell me that the car has a blown head gasket with evidence of head gasket repair fluid in the engine. This dealership totally sucks called them on the 22nd day to tell them what happen and they were so nonchalant about it. So in short they're some crooked artist. Just not right

I purchased a Pontiac from them also and I have also had issues since the 2 days after I bought it. I brought it in so many times and they kept telling me it was one thing and then finally I took it to a shop where they told me what was really wrong.

The thing that was wrong with it could have killed me.

So now the battle begins. 12/13/2014
