Crystal springs resort employee left me a message that they are submitting a refund for the double charge. I do see the refund.

That issue is resolved. I still cannot rate them higher, because we were disappointed that the Vista pool and that area pools were Not heated, as we experienced in the past, that All pools were heated, and that is why we chose this place. So We cannot recommend this place to someone who is looking for heated pools only.

And if you see on their website it reads โ€œall heated poolsโ€, it is not true. Sorry, but we dont like cold swim when the weather is cool.

I stayed with my sister for 2 nights. My credit card was charged $646.22 at original reservation.

Once we checked out, my sister gave her credit card for the balance of $857.16. I see They charged My card also. So now they charged Both credit cards - $857.16 And Both cards are Authorized, Not pending.

I cannot get thru to accounting dept.

I left a message earlier in the day and nobody returned my call. I also emailed to customer service.

Lack of cancellation policy refund during World wide public health crisis

We had called to cancel our reservation to celebrate a milestone birthday as the governor of the State of NJ and our United States president began quarantining everyone due to the Coronavirus. The staff at Crystal Springs refused provide a refund canceling our reservation.

They told us that they were a family run business who couldn't afford to loose our money during the public health crisis. Meanwhile, they are a huge, multisite resort....Disneyland and Disneyworld were closing, the NBA March madness is canceled. But not Crystal Springs. So disgusting how 1) corporate greed dominates over humanly doing the right thing 2) lack of compassion or caring towards employees and the public to follow closures in order to make a buck.

How disgusting could the owners be not to close and refund their customers during a public health crisis killing hundreds of thousands of people throughout the world. Corporate greed at it's finest.
