My case went missing on Feb 24 on an outbound flight. I reported it at lost luggage and received a ticket and with my crystal ski rep who wrote an e mail to that effect.
The insurance co noisy I should have a requisition form from that day . It is just an avoidance tactic as I have 2 letters of proof case didnt turn up.
I am highly pissed off about the amount of time I have had to spend on this when I paid £195 in January for my yearly insurance. Very difficult but I will resort to court if necessary !
