Dissatisfied Loyal Customer

The sold us a game infested with bugs. They have fixed only a very small handful of the bugs and lied about fixing others while some of the ones they fixed returned to broken state or got worse. They nerfed players progress and stats without even giving us notice in advance. They sell cosmetic items that don't always appear as they were in the Market place. They promised not to sell anything that could give players advantages or create a "Pay to Win" scenario now they are flooding their Marketplace with purchasable consumables for Experience Points and in game Resource multipliers. They have been ignoring players that have supported them since launch. The only end game level content in the game crashes 9/10 times for most players even on next gen consoles; we have been reaching out to them on all their outlets; on their Twitter you can physically see them answer new players with questions about installing the game, transferring data, other new player problems etc and customers with transactional issues... all while they ignore players who have needed their help or at least some type of response even if only to say "we will work on it". They have sent and initiated profane messages to users on twitter. They now only respond to customers on Discord which most players don't use and they won't even allow most players into that social group. These Developers have made bad business decisions at almost every turn. They even once "accidentally" released a patch that revealed players IP addresses to anybody publicly viewing their gameplay. They have no accountability or integrity.

User's recommendation: Very untrustworthy company. Very unprofessional. Very poor development.

I would like to actually speak with someone who can give answers about issues that have hindered my enjoyment of the product for months now! I have been ignored like almost every other customer with common issues and inquiries.

Bug on avengers game

Crystal Dynamics - Bug on avengers game
So I started up Avengers because I saw I had an update that downloaded over night and when I got on the update I checked the brood patch notes of it and it said that y'all fixed the costumes Cosmetics from RE locking but when I tried to hop on my favorite character the Hulk all of my legendary outfits Warlock. I had clean-cut which a guy at level 50 and I also got just Joe from purchasing it with currency and they're both locked

User's recommendation: Nope if it's not fix I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Trash, Horrible, Horrid. Clickbait

This is literally nothing like the game. This is the virtual equivalent of SJW's. Why... Why did u do dis. Like Bruh why did you do dis. I wasted so much time and money. I meant to buy the second installment of Gex® but then I saw the price of 20K USD. Then i thought "Hey whatever I got my dad's credit card". But then when It came in the mail, I noticed that I just got a 707 horsepower Hellcat Engine®. And I opened the box to try to find my Gex®. But guess what?!? There wasn't no Gex® dere. So I threw away the Hellcat Engine® and looked at the bottom of the box. And there was nothing. I just found a packet for the Hellcat Engine® and I looked inside the packet to find that there was a picture of Gex®. But then at closer inspection I noticed that it was actually the absence of my father in my life after he abused my family and me. Then it told me about my poor miserable life. -Gex® Fan®27®
