I bought a half gallon of your Crystal milk because the brand I normally buy was out. Your milk had an expiration date of 8/05 and it went bad already!!

Thats a week early!!

Im very unhappy and I had to use gas to go buy more milk. Im very low income I cant afford stuff like this to happen plus Im very good about keeping it refrigerated and not leaving it out any longer than a minute.

This milk is the only milk I've been able to drink directly poured from the carton, in my whole life. It's always so clean and fresh, and doesn't leave a weird 'film' on your tongue or on the roof of your mouth.

It can also be drunk at room temperature - just plain amazing milk. Stores, restaurants and families come to our local store and clear out the cooler to take this milk, cottage cheese, and sour cream home with them because the producers truck doesn't travel to their areas.

I had two bad experiences with packaging where I had to use a knife to get the cream out

They kindly gave me a coupon for the sour cream

Of all the ice cream available at Walmart, Crystal Vanilla Ice Cream has the best taste...also the best price. Definitely beats Breyers or Dryers brand, and Blue Bunnie is supposedly not even real ice cream.

A few nights ago I purchase Crystal ice cream in Magalia, Ca. It was "gritty".

I also bought rocky road, it was fine.

Pistacio ice cream with macadamia nuts , fudge ribbons, and white chocolate chunks. It was "to die for"!!!

BMy gallon of fat free milk spoiled in 2days after opening. Usually buy organic but there was no fat free at store so bought regular fat free.

Wondering why organic has much longer date then regular. Would like refund.

Your cottage over the past few week has turned into cottage soup the amount of liquid in both small curd and large has made me change brands I hope you fix the problem

Greetings, Crystal Creamery: Although I wrote earlier today, I have been invited to register and resubmit my experience, and that regarding cream and half and half. On three occasions, my heavy whipping cream has been curdled and sour -- today's newly opened container had a sell-by date of 18 May.

More often than not, my half and half container spout has been impossible to unfold to an open position. I love the flavor of these milk products and use them daily in coffee and cereal; however, both the premature spoilage and difficulty of opening has temporarily put me off. Holiday Market, Penn Valley, Calif., has always been good with refunds, but today, I'm sorry to say, I went for replacement with organic (which I DO NOT prefer to your product). I wish to remain a loyal drinker of Crystal but seek resolution to this ongoing problem before continuing with further purchases.

Thank you for what has been a good product; however, in the recent past, my whipping cream has been unusable on three separate occasions, though opened well before the sell-by date. This morning, I opened a new container (sell-by of 18 May) and it was curdled and sour.

Now that I think of it, on several occasions your half and half cartons could not be satisfactorily opened. I do like your products, but I need my coffee first thing in the morning, and that without disappointment and hassle. I understand that things can go wrong. Please reply at your convenience.
