Unprofessional customer service by Kate the second time

I love my water and delivery driver Ben, he is very respectful, on time and helpful. My complaint about Kate in the customer service area needs to be replaced.

This is the second time I asked to have my delivery early and Kate indicated she put a note on my account but yet the delivery was never fulfilled early. I called back today since it is my original delivery day and Kate came across as if i was bothering her and stated "i put a note on the account for yesterday." I explain to her ok well i didn't get my order or a phone call so can you make sure i get my order today?

She checked with the driver she stated and the driver she said will be to my house within the hour. Mindfully she could have done the same thing yesterday....

Instead she stated "she put a note on my account but didn't offer to call him yesterday. Please do better with the customer service and communication in this day and age you provide a service and we all need our water.

Preferred solution: i would like them to explain why they do not answer their phone. why have they started delivery of smaller bottles at the same price. i do like the water quality.

User's recommendation: make sure you are getting the correct bottle size.

Drinking clean water and liking it!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Concerning Crystal Clear Concepts, we wholeheartedly encourage everyone to consider listening to one of their presentations of the benefits of having clean water in your home.

Once we did that, we purchased a purifying system, and we are very satisfied customers!

Those who have served us have been extremely kind, gracious, and helpful in every way they possibly could! Their boss should give them a raise because they are doing a great job!

Some may think the cost of a system is too high to enjoy the blessings of having clean water in your home.

Think about the value of good health. If you do not know that one of the healthiest things you can do for your body everyday is drink enough water--clean water, then ask your doctor about it!

I hope you will consider hearing a presentation from Crystal Clear Concepts!

Drinking clean water and liking it,

Phillip and Roni Hunter

Hi - This is Rick from CrystalClear Water. I am sorry for any confusion regarding price.

We try to give a very accurate price range for our systems in telephone consults - Our interior only systems run between $3,900 and 4,400 installed (for a home about 3,400 sq, ft and under), and our Total Property Systems add a secondary component for about $1,100 more so I am sure that's where the confusion came into play. If you want to contact me directly, I would be happy to work with you to as much as possible to address the pricing concerns. I can be reached at (760) 346-****, Ext.

Crystal Springs, water.com, Crystalwater.com Scam, conmen and thiefs!

DONOT sign anything with these people. The water machines leak all over, they charge more then they say for the cooler rental, and then when you complain and stop your accout they charge you$100.00 to get out of it.

This company also does not allow the staff to give the last names to anybody that works because it would be a saftey issue. So I ask, how many people did they screw over that they need to be concerned about safety in a water company? The girl told me im not alone and a bunch of customers have had issues with the way they steal and rob from customers.....

This place is no good!! stay away

I am so interested in this product, but the price is insane. Then I find the complaints and I am glad I searched. So many scammers these days, I will figure out how to make my own, thank you for the heads up.

I have very bad experience with these people. Service have been scheduled every four weeks to get my water.

I haven't heard from them already for two months. Now keep calling them every day to get water and they keep promising me that i would get it every day and nothing. I don't know what to do now.

Planing to get out of this terrible service. Would never sign contract with this company again.

RAINsoft

Just had a rainSoft representative visit my home and I cannot express in words my frustration. These people are a COMPLETE scam and after reading some of the reviews out on the web, I totally agree that you should NOT let these people in your house.

They are SCARY! They lie to you and about their product and services and they stay in your home for HOURS. I got to the point where I tried to pack up their testing equipment for them. My husband and children were all very uncomfortable and they stayed until after 10pm.

Very creepie. Do your homework and research these companies on the BBB (better business bureau). See if they are accredited and see what their complaints have been.

I feel sorry for anyone that succombs to this scam. Stay Away!

So I spent well over 1000.00 at a fridge from Home Depot recently and got a call today from "Home Depot" offering testing on the water and responding to my question of "are you selling something?" three times with a solid "No". So I set up an interview after vaguely answering some of her questions for Sat.

When she kept asking "will you AND your husband be there?" twice (reminding me of timeshare offers) I thought why didn't I just hang up... So I get online right afterwards (this all happened minutes ago) and find this and a couple other hits from googling "home depot water testing". Mad at myself, the water testing company and HOME DEPOT FOR SHARING MY INFO...I called back, asked what sounded like a teenager working a summer job the company name AGAIN to which she replied "Atlantic Water". I cancelled & told her do not show up at my door and she said ok and we hung up.

I then called my Home Depot & spoke to the manager who said 1-yes, they are Home Depot by default..they are "contracted" to offer the high dollar filtration systems for any purchaser of a high end appliance to "prolong the life of their appliances" and 2-they ARE selling something. I told her I was disappointed at my information being given to basically a telemarketer and that their telemarketer blatantly lied to me by never mentioning her actual company name & lying about it being a sales call, infering it was related to my new fridge-she even asked how I liked it and how the delivery went! She apologized and now I'm just pissed about my info being passed on....they had our names, address and new what we'd purchased.

I'm gonna stew on a letter to HD about it, which is rare but after a long day at work, I'm ANNOYED. Pass on the appointment....I GUARANTEE they'll find your water FULL of ***, I'd even BET on it....$$$$ later.
