Great quality jewelry
I have been shopping here since 2000. There is a great collection of stones and I have metal sensitivities which react to plated metals and have never had an issue with any of the jewelry I have purchased.
Crystal Channels Products and Space
Over the decades, I have shopped happily at Crystal Channels because of the broad line of merchandise and the peaceful inviting environment. I have always been greeted with positive support and respect, had my questions answered, given choices of products to provide gifts for others and just experiencing the wonderful warmth of the staff has been given me the pleasures of nesting myself into the atmosphere provided.
They have supported the community with their up-coming events throughout Sonoma County.
This is my choice of merchant locations for spiritual energy and uplifting calming gifts and alter enhancements. Enjoy!

Other Product Review
Too bad that there aren't more shops like Crystal Channels and people like Kami working in those shops. It would be a much better world. Decent prices and great with customers...and - many thanks!
Crystal Channels - Review in Luxury / Jewelry category from Santa Rosa, California
I have known Kami for over 20 years. My mother has known her longer. I have even met some of her stone dealers and those looking to sell through her. She is a wonderful woman and would never mislead customers. She is engaging, polite, and very pleasant to be around. Not once have I even felt any negative energies.
My fiance's sister, who graduated from Sonoma State as a geology major (with a keen eye for reals and fakes, including knowing the chemical compounds of such stones, their natural properties and lab created properties, and even variations, among other things) enjoys viewing and study the stones I purchase from Kami's store. Not once has she told my I bought a fake.
If you were such and avid collector as you call yourself, you would a. Know that what Kami sells is categorized as semi-precious stones, meaning amethyst, citrine, crystal quartz, et al. Not precious stones such as diamonds, rubies, sapphires, etc. And b. You would have been able to determine this before purchase.
An "avid collector" would be a fool not to examine a stone (more importantly, large purchases) before laying down a dime. You would have known from the start to be claiming such a high collector status.
Besides, it's rude to tell people to avoid a shop at all costs. I find her prices reasonable, and there are plenty of other wonderful items to purchase beyond stones.
Crystal Channels is ripping people off by selling fake stones
Apparently the ripoff artist who owns this place is named Kami Ortez.
I am an avid precious stone collector and have been for over 45 years. I have come to realize that many of my purchases that I have made at Crystal Channels in Santa Rosa, California have proven to be fake.
Many of the items there, especially the pricey ones, are fake and/or misleading as to what you are actually purchasing. The owner, Kami Ortiz, is out to make a buck and to do it at the expense of her customers. Please, avoid this place at all costs, as there are many scams going on there.
There is no room for these types of dealings in an industry that promotes healing and harmony. Peace.

After doing business at Crystal Channels in Santa Rosa since 1996 and getting to know Kami during those 19 years, it's obvious that the venom spitter calling themselves an 'avid stone collector' is in need of a critical attitude adjustment as well as getting their head straight about people and their 'many purchases. It took 45 years for your expertise to conclude that *you* didn't
know what they were doing in the first place - and then blame Crystal Channels and *personally* attack Kami. How fascinating.
A *personal* question for you - are you OK...you may need some *personal* counselling.
I am curious as to what stones you are talking about, as many these days can be heat treated, dyed and other processes and treatments to change the color. Blaming Kami for ripping people off is absurd.
We are so lucky to still have a store like hers in our area as all others, with the exception of the Uncarved Block in Sebastopol, have gone out of business.
Speaking of the Uncarved Block, why don't you check out their inventory and prices. You want to talk about being ripped off, you will be charged three times over at least for anything you buy there.

You contradict yourself. If you are an "avid" stone collector how come you bought fakes?
I suspect you are a competitor trying to cast aspersions on a wonderful store. I have shopped and purchased there for many years and never felt deceived or cheated.
The owner is an honest and helpful person. Don't incur bad Karma by spreading misinformation.
It is disheartening to read your post. As a sensitive I was drawn to that store and
The owner was completely engaging and genuinely concerned
And accommodating
She posses the gift that so few understand
I don't know who or what energy told you she is
A fake I tell you she is true Thank you
I have shopped there for many years and Kami would never intentionally mislead her friends. She is a wonderful person that truly loves her customers as friends. Are you a competitor trying to make her look bad?
That's terrible!!
Apparently you are not all that avid in stone collecting if you bought many fakes from this place.
They're just glorified rocks anyway. Oooooo look shiny things, lol.
