Company cancelled and no refund

The Corona Virus struck before the wedding. You have your own vendors for this hall.
We called everyday to see if they were going to close down so that we can plan and cancel vendors and family flying in town. NO MANDATORY CLOSING, The answer was no we are open even after county meetings, Tuesday March 17th was the cut off date for caterer. We are in order to plan and prepare food. Bakery for cake, DJ, photographer , flowers were all done.
By now family has arrived out of state. called Tuesday am and was told we are open and holding the event.We will not be postponing until Monday 22nd. Their FB page was updated with a post attached.
They Called the bride Tuesday evening and cancelled, but told the cake vendor that morning they were closing!!!
Too late to cancel vendors and family already in Florida!!!
They told bride they will not refund their money!!! This is more than an unforeseen circumstance.
