After seeing an ad about Crypto Tab, I decided to invest a little to give them a try. I purchased six months of service for their Crypto Tab Max, three months of their Crypto farm along with three months of rented hash power from two miners, and then I purchased three months of rented hash power for one miner in their Crypto Pool. So, I invested a fair amount of money.

At the six-week mark, I installed the NC wallet that they recommended and started using it as they stated it would give you priority withdrawals. I then went to each service that I have and started the withdrawal process.

I was sent an email to verify it was me requesting a withdrawal and after verifying the email, my withdrawal showed as processing. At the one-week mark - nine total days - and my withdrawal was still showing as processing. I received an email from them saying fraud and scams are high so I needed to double-check my withdrawal method and address. I used their NC wallet that was already auto-selected and linked to my wallet so I didn't see why I needed to verify the withdrawal that I had already verified via email nine days prior. But I chose the option saying everything was okay and I still wanted to withdraw my Bitcoin.

It has now been over six weeks and it's still saying processing. During this time, I have used their support link with the option of withdrawal issues and have filled out the support ticket forum six times, with zero responses from anyone at Crypto Tab.

During this whole time, I have received notifications on my phone multiple times a day telling me I need to interact with my miners on my Crypto farm to start mining again. I receive the same multiple notifications for my Crypto Tab Max. I get no notifications for my Crypto Pool, but at least 3-5 times a week when I open the Crypto Pool app, my miners are off and not mining, so I have to start them again. With all the interaction necessary with my rented services to keep them doing what I paid for, and all the unexpected stops of my pool miners, it's hard to say how much in earnings I've potentially lost from services I paid for.

Over six weeks, six support tickets with no answers from anyone, withdrawal still processing, and failing to clear, and losing out on earnings daily from them pausing all mining till I interact with each app. I'm pissed. I've never waited more than a couple hours max for any crypto withdrawal.

All I can say is it's the worst service I've ever experienced, support seems nonexistent, and all the services I paid for are interrupted by them multiple times a day causing a loss of earnings. At this point, I don't know if I will ever receive any of my earnings because I can't withdraw anything and I'm unable to get support. I will never use them again and I highly recommend that no one else uses them either.

I want the services and hash power I've paid for to work perfectly, I want my earnings withdrawals to process and after dealing with all this BS and no response from support, I want the money I paid to be refunded as well. It's the crappiest company I've ever dealt with!

So, as I've stated, I've been using this for about a year, give or take, mainly just so I can get my money back. I still have another year with them, which I find hard to describe in just one word.

Is it what I'd like to say? However, there are numerous ones out there that are plainly stealing from you. As bad as CryptoTab is, they're some of the best in the industry. Overpriced?

Yes. Poor customer service? Yes. Do they steal whenever they think you won't notice?

Yes. Whether it's my withdrawal being delayed by imaginary forces or necessitating extra confirmations that the wallet I have been withdrawing to is still mine, they also do messed up things like adding a zero to your withdrawal amount. And not in a beneficial way. I do not like having to confirm three times that I want to start mining after clicking the 'start mining' button.

I also do not appreciate all the notifications announcing more things for sale.

This wouldn't be an issue if I stood to gain enough to buy more. Nevertheless, I do take a liking to what I see with the HSH token.
