Who is to blame?

I contacted MuchBetter on Wednesday, August 28th, regarding a crypto recovery. In February 2022, I mistakenly sent crypto funds using an unsupported platform. Initially, MuchBetter informed me that the funds couldn't be recovered. However, I later found an article from Cryptopay, their payment processor, explaining how businesses like MuchBetter can recover such transactions, specifically mentioning the blockchain I used.

I promptly sent this information to MuchBetter, and they informed me that they had contacted Cryptopay and were waiting for confirmation on their end to start the recovery process. However, it's now been almost a week since they mentioned this, and I still haven't received any updates or clear communication about the status.

While Cryptopay has been responsive in the past, I am now left unsure of who to believe. I've sent all the necessary information for the refund, but MuchBetter claims they are still waiting on Cryptopay to move forward. In the meantime, I paid the required AVAX gas fee for the transaction recovery, but I feel stuck without any concrete progress or follow-up.

The confusion and lack of transparency between both parties are incredibly frustrating. As a customer, I'm simply looking for clarity on what's happening and when the issue will be resolved.

Cryptopay, if you've received the details from MuchBetter, please confirm and help push this process forward.
