Potential resolution

"Bluetooth " support, the only published number I could find, indicates no public number is available for customer service, I left my contact information and finally called them back. I was given to a supervisor who indicated they were replacing my hearing aid and the proving, Cruz hearing, should have contacted me. They have not. I have contacted Cruz and advised I know my replacements are there and to dispensed free of charge. I will see what happens next. Fingers crossed. XX The supervisor at Widex provided me with a contact number and an 800 number for CS. Once it got to them resolution was expedited. He explained the providers are etc. dispensaries and set their own pricing, etc. It all quite a racket.
