Ordered tags, they have my information for billing, yet I have NOT received the tags ordered!
I contacted their customer service, by phone and was told they went to wrong address and would go out again that day. It's been more than 4 weeks and still no tags.
Now it's impossible to get through on the phone and had to send and message through their web site?
Concerned this is a scam and they have my bank information! HELPSTAY AWAY

They said the dog disc was free, only had to pay £3 delivery to Royal Mail. When I set up the disc tracker they immediately took £4.95 out of my bank account. This is false advertising
As above the disc was not free as they charged me £4.95 immediately when I set it up. I have tried to contact them by email as I cannot find a telephone number but have heard nothing

When u try to activate your new tag, they try to trick u into a monthly contract which is nearly impossible to cancel.
