Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

Not sure what to call it. However, during the set up process there was no question about a premium feature with a fee.

Rather it was questions about my dog, my address, etc. Before I finished the set up I get an email with a charge for $6.95 to my card I had used to order the tag. No where in the set up did it ask me if I wanted the premium feature. NO WHERE.
I sent an email to support, he tells me to sign into and cancel the subscription, I asked twice for a refund, because it was not a choice I made willingly, I get my premium will end in 30-days.

Nothing about a refund. I sent another email stating I would be filing a complaint with my card company if I did not get the refund issued.
It was not a lot, under $10, but that is not the problem, I did not give willing consent.

They advertised as free then they start a monthly $9 charge that I can't seem to cancel. I used PP so I hope that protects me.

And they have repeatedly not responded, yet. They continue to take money off of my debit card.

I don't want to cancel my card because I have so many of my other legitimate accounts set up using this debit card. These people are scamsters

Ordered tags, they have my information for billing, yet I have NOT received the tags ordered!

They said the dog disc was free, only had to pay £3 delivery to Royal Mail. When I set up the disc tracker they immediately took £4.95 out of my bank account. This is false advertising

Absolutely true! Immediately upon activation they debit your card for an ongoing premium of £4.95 (although on the website it says for a single tag it is £4.11) but you are not told this.

On seeing that they had debited my card, I complained, and they returned the £3 postage, not the monthly premium. I have had the company blocked by my bank, do not rely on them to cancel the card payments. They offer unlimited commission payments to those who introduce new business to them, but actual amounts are not specified on their website.

I was told that they were a new company finding their way, but they have been going for ten years. Be very wary of dealing with them.
