They added transfers to my cruise without sending a bill to me. There was never a submitted bill, but two of our cabins were cancelled for lack of payment.

we purchased four cabins on a Royal Caribbean Ship. I made inquires about transfer for the cruise.

I got received transfer prices over the phone(no paper work submitted). Told the agent that I was going to look into alternate transportation. She said if I didnt call back by a certain time, the transfer we were talking about, would be cancelled. I did not call back to to to purchase these transfers.

T he following Monday we found out that two of our cabins had been cancelled for lack of payment(the cabins had been fully paid 2 1/2 months earlier) of thr transfers that I did not know had been submitted without my approval. The supervisor did not reach out to us about the lack of payment, we had to find out from the Royal Caribbean company. The Crusises Only agents you call up and talk to were wonderful, but had no rewal power to correct this. The supervisor, especially one man, were not helpful at all, this man was really poor representative for the company.

Our family facation was ruined. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT NO ONE EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Horrible service

Once COVID hit and some canceled, the agent completely lost interest in those of us that didnt. It takes weeks to more than a month to get a reply to phone messages and emails. Ive even contacted the main email address and they dont respond. Now I find that after being told that my trip was booked last week and requesting confirmation which I was told would be sent yesterday, according to the cruise line, it was never done. So now a trip I planned to take in the next 6 months wont happen.

Cruise Insurance

Had planned 2 cruises for 2022. Had purchased insurance for both cruises. Unfortunately because of a cancer diagnosis we put in a claim in October 2021. After many calls the insurance company gave us 2 checks for 50 dollars each and 2 more checks for 51.00 dollars. So the total claim was for 4275.00 and that's all they will pay! Never deal with them. There insurance is a SCAM!

Complete scam, I totally agree! They also do not cover if the airline cancels your flight and you miss the cruise completely. We are out $3215.23

Booked cruise in April 2021 for 2 adults and 2 kids, leaving Nov. 2021. Due to COVID, additional testing for non-vaccinated passengers, ie the kids, was implemented. This would cost an additional $650+. Also, kid's activities were canceled, and they would not be allowed off the ship in port. Cruisesonly won't refund several of their "fees", even though this in NOT what I paid for originally. We would NOT have booked a cruise like this. They should not bill for fees for something they cannot provide.

My cruise was cancelled in August 2020 for October 2020 it was the second time my cruise was cancelled . I decided to get a refund instead of rebooking because of covid-19 . Carnival refunded their part within 7 days I was informed that cruise only has to refund the rest . I have called them twice , have written a letter and even chatted online all I got was the run around. I will never book with them again.

After posting this review and placing a complaint with the BBB, Cruises Only was quick to contact me. I have finally received all of my money back from Cruises Only, Travel Protection was refunded and the processing fee.

Please be cautious when using a third party to book travels.

I could only call Cruises Only to discuss my account with Carnival. Although the refund process was a huge headache, Cruises Only did everything to make my situation less stressful.

Due to the Corona Virus my cruise was cancelled like many others. No fault of my own. I did purchase the Travel Protection Plan, but I was told they would not refund this money or their processing fee. I can understand if I cancelled the cruise, but Carnival Cruise Lines cancelled - not me. I attempted to phone Cruises Only many times, some waiting up to 2 hours on hold. I still have not received a refund and was told this travel agency was purposely holding money from consumers. Do not use this company. I spoke with a Carnival Representative who said ALL of my money would have been refunded. I feel like they do not care about their customers. I am losing $272.99 because of a pandemic. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Avoid booking with this company.

My cruise from this summer was cancelled on 5/4/20 due to COVID shutdowns. Carnival has already refunded me the bulk sum of money, but CruisesOnly is still claiming they haven’t received their portion of the refund. They said they are holding my $324.99 until they receive their portion from Carnival. It has been over 90 days. I don’t believe they are still waiting.

I have had 2 cruises cancelled due the virus. I have been waiting for a response from RCCL. I reached out to Cruises Only got some assistance and it then when I made contact with KENDRA @ x37173. She listened to my story and called RCCL. She was on the phone with for almost 2 hours in which I was given idea what was happening. We ironed out some mistakes made by RCCL and I have received some of my funds (only about half). I will be reaching out again to Kendra for another follow up with RCCL. Make sure you are able to read the fine print. So CruisesOnly sent me an email said if I pay my cruise in full by May 15th 2020 I will receive 200.00 on board credit so I paid it on may 10th 2020 I call my agent she said you needed to call them before you pay in full. So I get nothing from cruisesonly but a head ache. Will never use them. Again

Booked Cruise in Feb was told have 30 days to cancel !! Cancel on March 14th- For Cruise dated April 20th -due to coronavirus , Norwegian canceled the cruise anyway. Called cruises only 3/14/20 was told refund would be issued from Norwegian with in 30 days , Called Norwegian April 9th uses said they don't see refund check , called Cruises only right after spoke with Norwegian was told refunds now taking 60 days that why Norwegian didn't see it LIES LIES LIES , Called today 4/30/20 to be told NO REFUND ONLY CREDIT !!!! DONT USE THE COMPANY OR NORWEGIAN they are awful !! IF any one else has had this happen lets start a class action suit against both of these companies !!!!
