CruisesOnly review: Agreements without notifying customer
I initially book with cruise-only under the agreement that they will pay the first 500 deposit I paid the deposit back by September 16th however when I went to transfer my reservation to Royal Caribbean they tell me I still owe them 250 because of an agent error who sent the last 250 I paid to Royal Caribbean so I would have to owe them another 250 in order to get it transferred. And then they were going to take another 250 out of my account the very next day although it was not my fault I paid them. They had nothing to say but I understand. I ended up canceling my reservations and taking a $100 loss because it's there mistake. I do not recommend anyone deal with them I think they're running a scam. To make sure you stay with them

CruisesOnly review: Bait and Switch! Stay away from this Company!!!!
Anita Green was my booking agent . She sold us a beverage liquor package for $262.00 pp when it was all inclusive. She said our water bottles were free..not true we were taxed on them . She said that our final payment included everything...tips, insurance etc. however, at the end of the we were charged an $82.50 pp for “service charges” Anita said they would refund these charges but have not! She will not return calls or emails! Poor customer service! Anyone interested in filing a class action lawsuit against Cruise Only, please contact me at: 352-300-9110!!!!

Today Friday July 5 I call 12 noon Michigan time talk to the agent I asked her to talk to the supervisor she do dick my name my booking number my last name my cell phone number and she put me on hold for over 25 minutes never ever have the supervisor came
CruisesOnly review: Stolen Cancellation Fees
CruisesOnly called me this morning, in reference to, a cancellation fee of $100.00. It appears Pres. Trump will no longer allow USA Cruise ship to port in Cuba and would go to another port instead of Cuba. If I didn’t agree to those term I would be bill cancellation fee. Why am I being billed, it’s the President not allowing us into Cuba. CruisesOnly only already deducted the $100.00, I want my money back. I’m looking into Class Action Lawsuit, I’m writing Better Business Bureau and informing everyone on social media not to cruise with them again. I plan on putting each and everyone of their CEO’s on social media. I already called the news stations hopefully they will cover my story.

My aunt went online to book our family cruise and was directed to this site. Well she didn't realize she was booking with this company and not directly with Royal Caribbean. It was less than 24 hours when she realized and they wouldn't give her a refund! They also wanted $250 to cancel. Don't book with them!!

Stay away from CruisesOnly. I booked months ago using a credit card for the booking fee of $148.99.
I tried calling them to cancel the reservation for the cruise (6 months from now). No luck getting them on the phone. Waited forever and then gave up which is probably what they want. I could only pull up my reservation information and a link to make payments.
I suppose they'll contact me when the credit card I used for the booking fee won't work. That account is no longer active. I don't feel good about booking with CruisesOnly.
I had no problems with the trip I took through a face to face travel agent. I don't recommend this company.
