We had dropped our passports and spent some time retracing our steps to find them. When we did, we were late in getting to our scheduled excursion provided by CruisesOnly. I called CruisesOnly and chatted with a woman who was disinterested in our plight, and rudely informed me that our $300 excursion was lost, could not reschedule, go to a later event or refund our $$. I had purchased trip insurance through ShoreExcursionsGroup/Toursales - and since we finally found our passports, they refused to honor the trip insurance. Two shady companies I would STAY FAR AWAY from.

Horrible horrible customer care, after waiting on the phone for one hour and 45 minutes to speak to a representative, we had to cancel our cruise 4 months in advance. The online cancellation policy information states : $100.00 per person and a $24.99 processing fee....

Where are the three people we do make reservation 4 7 night with lady named Janet last name s u e y after two weeks I do send her email never respond following week I send another email you never get respond to me she do send me e-mail if I like to make reservation Resort hotel or car rental or Ever After Cruise and she never ever get to respond to my to email few questions about the cruise we going to have in July shame on her service sham on cruise only had the skinny people not helpful for customer

CruisesOnly - Stolen Cancellation Fees

CruisesOnly called me this morning, in reference to, a cancellation fee of $100.00. It appears Pres. Trump will no longer allow USA Cruise ship to port in Cuba and would go to another port instead of Cuba. If I didn’t agree to those term I would be bill cancellation fee. Why am I being billed, it’s the President not allowing us into Cuba. CruisesOnly only already deducted the $100.00, I want my money back. I’m looking into Class Action Lawsuit, I’m writing Better Business Bureau and informing everyone on social media not to cruise with them again. I plan on putting each and everyone of their CEO’s on social media. I already called the news stations hopefully they will cover my story.

CruisesOnly - Withdrawal of cancellation fees

The President won’t allow cruise ships to docking in Cuba, now your charging me a cancellation fee because I don’t want to go to cozumel. You Charges my account for a cancellation and deposit fee. My aunt went online to book our family cruise and was directed to this site. Well she didn't realize she was booking with this company and not directly with Royal Caribbean. It was less than 24 hours when she realized and they wouldn't give her a refund! They also wanted $250 to cancel. Don't book with them!!
