Today Friday July 5 I call 12 noon Michigan time talk to the agent I asked her to talk to the supervisor she do dick my name my booking number my last name my cell phone number and she put me on hold for over 25 minutes never ever have the supervisor came

CruisesOnly - Withdrawal of cancellation fees

The President won’t allow cruise ships to docking in Cuba, now your charging me a cancellation fee because I don’t want to go to cozumel. You Charges my account for a cancellation and deposit fee. CruisesOnly called me this morning, in reference to, a cancellation fee of $100.00. It appears Pres. Trump will no longer allow USA Cruise ship to port in Cuba and would go to another port instead of Cuba. If I didn’t agree to those term I would be bill cancellation fee. Why am I being billed, it’s the President not allowing us into Cuba. CruisesOnly only already deducted the $100.00, I want my money back. I’m looking into Class Action Lawsuit, I’m writing Better Business Bureau and informing everyone on social media not to cruise with them again. I plan on putting each and everyone of their CEO’s on social media. I already called the news stations hopefully they will cover my story.

Agents look out for themselves and not the customer. Wasn't informed of additional bonuses/perks that would've saved additional $ and only the reps can view and access. The rep I inquired to attempted to again mis-inform me that the cruise lines sends out notifications...

CruisesOnly - Booking ahead doesn't pay off!!!!!!

I booked a cruise in January for a 14 day cruise in December on Carnival. I have a extended balcony. There is a promotion now with pre-paid gratuities. That is a big savings on a 14 day cruise. I can't get it because I'm already booked. I can have my cabin cancelled, re booked into a different category, pay a cancellation fee, lose the promotions I have, and pay more. HUH!!!! Any way, I have talked to both sides and nothing can be done to add this promotion and leave original booking alone.....I have been a loyal customer with CruiseOnly for 12 years and I am Platinum with them. I have 42 days on Carnival. I feel it's a game between client and cruise tours. Diana Heise

My aunt went online to book our family cruise and was directed to this site. Well she didn't realize she was booking with this company and not directly with Royal Caribbean. It was less than 24 hours when she realized and they wouldn't give her a refund! They also wanted $250 to cancel. Don't book with them!!
