CruisesOnly - Booking ahead doesn't pay off!!!!!!
I booked a cruise in January for a 14 day cruise in December on Carnival. I have a extended balcony. There is a promotion now with pre-paid gratuities. That is a big savings on a 14 day cruise. I can't get it because I'm already booked. I can have my cabin cancelled, re booked into a different category, pay a cancellation fee, lose the promotions I have, and pay more. HUH!!!! Any way, I have talked to both sides and nothing can be done to add this promotion and leave original booking alone.....I have been a loyal customer with CruiseOnly for 12 years and I am Platinum with them. I have 42 days on Carnival. I feel it's a game between client and cruise tours. Diana Heise

Online promotions are misleading, dont believe what they offer. Phone service horrible. Do not use this company or you will be sorry!

My aunt went online to book our family cruise and was directed to this site. Well she didn't realize she was booking with this company and not directly with Royal Caribbean. It was less than 24 hours when she realized and they wouldn't give her a refund! They also wanted $250 to cancel. Don't book with them!!

Customers, please read Reviews & Fine Print Before Booking! The reviews are accurate. You are much better off going with a more reputable company! We booked with insurance and tried to cancel in less than 24 hours and was told they would charge $200.
CruisesOnly - Won’t help with details & no amazon Gift
I booked and paid for a cruise on cruises only. I was told by norweigan i could book dining and bed configuration right now if I had booked through them, but since I booked through cruises only - cruises only had to do it. But they won’t help at all & instead say I should wait to get on the ship. Also no amazon gift card as promised and advertised
CruisesOnly - Didn’t deliver onboard credit as promised
Took somewhat of a last minute cruise and didn’t receive onboard credit and once the cruise was over, so was the customer service. They have no problem blowing you off once they have your money
I am surprised I have not heard from Nyieasha Moore since I filled out the Cruises Only survey last Monday. We recently came back from a cruise on the RCCL Jewel of the Seas which she booked. I contracted Norovirus after there was a breakout on the 3 day of the cruise....Read more

Prepaid gratitudies that never happened. Told one thing and got another. Dont trust your vacation on what they tell you. Never again.
