I noticed for my upcoming cruise reservation with you. I booked my cruise September 13-22,2025. The two reservations are 8TK2GB3T. BNDY43H6.

Price changed again today. My rooms were adjusted once before I paid in full. Ive seen several times a lower rate. Its been paid for but I thought Id try.

As a loyal customer, I would like to kindly request a price adjustment or if that isnt possible, a credit toward a future cruise.

I understand the policy may very but I wanted to reach out and see if there is any flexibility in your pricing. Especially since Im planning many more cruises with friends and family.

I would be grateful for providing refund or future credit.

I look forward to your response and hope we can find a satisfactory resolution.
