Horrible customer service reps that never return calls or emails to make sure you get what you want on your cruise
Complete disregard and lack of communication and they will not return your voicemails or emails to make sure you get what you wnat for your cruise

The cruises.com agent gave us false information that has caused irreparable damage to our trip.
The agent categorically told us repeatedly that we could upgrade our flights as soon as Norwegian cruise line sent them to us. We NEED to upgrade my husband because he is in a wheelchair, is severely handicapped and is a large man.
Now we discover it was a lie.
Norwegian tells us we cannot upgrade him and that the cruises.com agent should have told us this before selling us the promotion!!! Now we may not be able to travel because my husband cannot fit in an economy seat - and , se we have already paid in full!!

I called the phone number that was listed in the email I received for the cruise line we wanted to try. I was not told that it was not the cruise line but Cruise Com.
We requested early dining but they had us set for the 2nd seating, have been on hold for over 2.5 hrs at this time.
The call was dropped so this is my 2nd try, no luck. The cruise line who I called first is not able to change the time. Had to call cruise com.
They should say they are a travel booking site!
Awful customer service.
Will Never deal with them again! Tried changing it on line, the invoice number on the paperwork is no good.

No customer serbice
Basically after they sell you the cruise, you'll never be able to speak to a live agent again. Customer service might had 2 agents working a few years ago. Now, I'm pretty convinced there's nobody working this "department." You can stay on phone wait til cows come home and you'll hear is recorded messages on a loop.

Cruise.com failed us terribly and it will cost us almost $1000.
On Saturday (2.12) we contacted Cruise.com, got much information and the agent said he would reserve a room for us. We thought we were set until we spoke with him again.
He told us he was off on Sunday and Monday.
On Sunday (2.13) We called again and got a different agent. She said we were not reserved and she said she would reserve the room we wanted until we could speak with our original agent again.
We also emailed our original agent on Sunday (2.13) advising that we were looking to go forward.
On Wednesday (2.16) we attempted to call our original agent and emailed as well. Nothing so we contacted a different agent and booked the trip for an additional cost of almost $1000.
The lack of ability to contact our agent on Tuesday (2.15) was horrible.
The price increase was in force. Cruise.com should have better oversight over the workings of agents.
We will never use your company again, nor will recommend your service to any other friends or family.

No help from any agent at cruise.com. I have been on hold for 18 minutes...then conveniently disconnected!
I have tried to call off and on all day, and been put on hold. My cruise leaves tomorrow, and I will never book with you again.

They never call you back. I called them to try to change a reservation.
I was on hold forever and they never called back. I have called for two weeks with no response.
They are trying to keep your money hostage. BEWARE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!

Advise from a former employee. This is the perfect place to work if you are. Seeking employment with no chance for a raise or ever being promoted, Enjoys being belittled and spoken to in very poor manner by a team of unprofessional supervisor who are overworked and most likely underpaid with immensely poor knowledge of their duties, high turn overs ( people quitting) etc and more negatives

FULL PAGE IN SUN-SENTINEL ADV A DEAL OF THE WEEK 10/7/18 IT WAS FOR A CRUISE ON ROYAL CARIBBEAN CRUISE FOR 5 DAYS LEAVING ON DEC 8 FOR ONLY $179. PP.
CALL FIRST THING ON MONDAY. COMPUTERS WERE DOWN ON SUNDAY. NO LONGER HAD THAT DEAL AVAILABLE. PRICE NOW WAS $229.
pp SAME TYPE ROOM. THEY SEEM TO DO THIS ALL THE TIME.
PLUS THEY ALSO CHARGE A FEE FOR DOING THE PAPER WORK, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CRUISE AGENT. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPEN. BUT I FEEL THAT AT THIS TIME THE WORD SHOULD GET OUT ON THIS COMPANY.
