One of your drivers forced me into the carpool lane-if that lane had not been there I would have been forced off the road when he pulled into my lane.

They just this month, started charging $250.00 for crossing the line into that lane.

All I can do now is wait for the mail and see if I get that charge billed to my account.

I have several photos of the truck and trailer.

When I tried to call the number listed on the back of the trailer hows my driving it never got a live representative, it only rang once and went to beep beep beep. No automated answer-no nothing.

Im pretty frustrated with the sequence of events and how there seems to be no solution.

I have not been able to speak with someone.

The phone number on the truck to rate their driving, rings once then beeps. Wheres the professionalism???

I have the truck number as well as the trailers.

Id appreciate my being run out of my lane by this driver would be important enough for someone to respond to me.

I also have pictures.

So far I can honestly grant even one star per category, but Im forced to leave it.
