Horrible customer service!!!!
- I ordered Dec 13, 2016 from Crowned Hair Company.
- Policy: ships within 3 days; order still processing; wants $303 refund.
I placed an order with crowned Hair Company on December 13,2016. Their policy states that orders will be shipped out within 3 business days of purchase.
Today is December 21,2016 and my order is still processing, no one ever responds to my emails neither does the telephone numbers work. I'm out of $303.00 and nobody is responding to me. I've sent an email every day since Thursday December 15,2016 asking what's going on with my order. I've also called them in this time frame several times a day, it rings then tells me to leave a message.
I'm overly aggravated with this Company at this time I just want my money back. I check my email every hour just to see if I have a message back from this Company and nothing each and everyday. I just don't know what to do right now.
I was very excited to do business with this Company. Now I just want a refund and find me a new vendor.

Loose Curly Review
- Ordered hair on Aug 28; tracking was sent Sep 1, but it has not been delivered by Oct 8.
- Weekly calls and emails received no response; planning to dispute with PayPal.
I ordered my hair August 28, they sent a shipped notification and tracking number September 1, today is October 8, still no hair. I have called and emailed weekly and have received nothing but lies.
I am turning over to PayPal. They have the best hair on the market but if you never get it, then that doesn't mean anything.
HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM CROWNED HAIR COPANY
- Customer alleges employee theft and a bounced PayPal Echeck.
- Company: thefts occurred; replacements within one day.
THEY HAVE EMPLOYEES STEALING FROM THEM!!!!
Do not order from them. They have employees stole my order and when I requested my money back through paypal the Echeck bounced from them. Still cant get my money back as yet.
I apologize for the delay in following up with you yesterday. I reached out to USPS again regarding your package and didn't hear back from USPS until this afternoon. However, after further investigation and reviewing our security cameras, unfortunately we found that many packages had been stolen amongst other orders as well. We believe one of the packages belong to you, which is why your tacking number has never been scanned. I regret to notify you about this incident and also any inconvenience this delay may have caused. Myself amongst other management have rectified the issue and will be able to replace your items within the next business day. Considering your items never left our facility we will be able to use your existing tracking number that was originally provided and it should update as usual. Again, I sincerely apologize for this extreme delay. If there is anything else that we can do make this situation better for you please don't hesitate to reach back out. I also will reach out to you via telephone to ensure this message was received.

I have. Same issue I order 1215 they delete comments I haven't heard anything i was promised a tracking and still nothing
This is ridiculous!!! I have my bank doing a dispute right now.
