They are thieves!!!
I purchased a package and with the package I was supposed to get 12 plinko ball drops and they gave me 2. This company has been constantly robbing me for almost a year.
The games are never up the customer service agents are horrible. I closed my account but I wish there was something I could do legally to remove this platform.
They are constantly robbing me. The games constantly freeze too.

Transactions not authorized
I been trying to get in contact with this place with no luck my bank account has been charge a lot with transactions that I have not made. And it been weeks and I have not gotten any respond from them, they should verify if someone used information with their name.
Im going crazy trying to reach them. I had to cancel my card with bank and waiting to see if they answer if not I will be obligated to dispute all this transaction.

Horrible service
I requested a redemption for 1,350 and it was rejected by my bank due to a problem I had. That problem has been cleared and I don't see my winnings in my CrownCoinCasino account.
I have tried to contact them and nothing.
There is no one available. I have sent emails and they won't get back to me as they should.

Horrible platform!!!
It's impossible to win anything I play day night doesn't matter the games are never up. This company is a joke and should be taken down.
They don't have fair reviews after u lose over $1000!!! The customer service agents are horrible too.i stay active , constantly spend , and I'm a rank silver.
They say u get this when u move up in rank (see picture) but u don't I haven't received anything!! I've lost about 2000$ on this platform with no chance of winning it back.
