Salesperson Shawn sold me a ring enhancer at Crown Diamond but he got me up to the $750.00 enhancer then switched it out with a cheaper smaller $500 one That he went in the back to show me after I did not want the expensive one. That was June 13, 2025 Also I was not given a certificate of authenticity and was told I had to wait until the appraiser comes in.

I called the next day Saturday about the jewelry switch hoping it was not done on purpose. I went to the store Monday the 17th 2025. The manager Tony ignored my complaint I asked him to pull the video which they admitted they have. I knew by his demeaner that not only was it done on purpose, but it is done often.

He said we don't do that . He was not in shock, or apologetic. He tried to convince me that I had wanted the smaller enhancer at $750. Tony took the ring that I paid for out of the case claiming that it had to be fitted.

And charged me $125.00. It was not fitted I took it back the next day. Explaining that my ring turns all way around backwards . Shawn was there and called Tony who said he would charge me to fit the enhancer again after scamming me .

I refused and asked for a full refund. They have a store policy of no refund. However, that is not the Georgia state Law. I have a right to a full refund it has been 4 days.

Shawn said the exact same words that Tony said when I told him what I believe happened. We don't do that. And I am not sure if they are selling real diamonds and gold.

I have always been given a certificate at other jewelry stores when I purchase diamonds. I HAVE PROOF
