Poor installation and no response to needed repairs.

I paid Crown Seamless Gutters $1050.00 for guttering for my residence on September, 2013. Since that time I have made repeated calls to this company trying to get repairs on guttering that was installed improperly. Gutters are not draining towards the downspout and are backing up to the roof line. Their response has always been either that they don't have a crew in the area or they are extremely busy. They didn't have a problem taking my money and doing a poor job for the initial installation. I even asked one of the installers why he wasn't using a level and his response was that he could eyeball it. Apparently he was wrong!
