Been waiting for customer service rep to call since 3/19 reps are rude on the phone and tell me "that matter willl not be dealt with today" what great customer service

charaged me for a battery that i had to tell them was a bad on after just having car serviced a few weeks earlier. battery died on me four times and i had to recharge it.

battery only 2 years old.

i should have gone to auto zone or advance auto where they would have installed a battery for free with 5 year warranty. never going back to that dealership

Bought a car from Nissan of Greenville sc. A month later they called for me to return it.

There was no professionalism between the salesman, manger , and account manger. Waited at dealer ship for 4 hours to resolve a problem, they looked and acted if I wasn't their.

I've bought my last 3 vehicles from Nissan of Greenville currently paying on 2 of them. Anyway my daughter had bought a car 3 to 4 weeks prior they call her yesterday to tell her that the loan didn't go through, and for her to bring the car back. For what ever reason the loan didn't go through I was going to put the car in my name. Their was no Communication with Nissan employees concerning the matter.

So I told them give my deposit back we will go some were else. They said give a little while after 4 hours no one came out I had to find some one.

Finally they said they can't refund it to tomorrow. I will never buy or get my vehicles serviced bye Nissan again..
