I wanted to see if I could get hardware for a product. I purchased a few years ago and never assembled.

I own a bed made by this company within 6 months of owning it the wood on the footboard has started cracking and splitting making it so the side rails will no longer stay properly attached to the foot board for a bed that cost 2 thousand dollars it is not up to standards something I will never by there product again very big waste of money

The Furniture it look like it was cheap quality specially when I paid $900 for it table was like paper and the legs look like theyve been glued together by wood glue we started peeling and the legs looked like they were barely on When I talk to the company that I bought it from when I get a refund or replacement really got a year out of it I take really good care of my furniture so figured it would last a while beautiful design but quality was cheap .

How to remove white marks on table
White heat marks on dining table from dinner plate. No way to remove them.
This was on crown mark hartwell table.
Table is only 3 years old.
Looks terrible and had another table 25 years and never had white marks or scratches. Poor material for a dining table.

Still no word from company. Customer service does not return calls.
Threw frame out. Will not buy again.
Bought brand new mattress and bed frame for my son four months ago. Mattress is great but full size frame started falling apart about two months ago.
It's a metal frame and the bars started popping off and you pop back in. Finally the whole middle frame is completely bent and useless.
Just tried customer service for the second time and all you do is leave a message. Not a happy customer
