Verified Reviewer | Fayetteville, North CarolinaThis dealership sold me a 2014 Jeep Wrangler claiming nothing was wrong with it although it was overheating and had a warped block and head.
They have had my car for six weeks now and have not started making repairs and will not provide me a loaner car or rental. They have been waiting on the warranty that will most likely not even cover this issue.
They neglected to tell me it was overheating and I called them and told them the day I got it. I brought my Jeep in Wednesday February 7th and they told me it was normal for a Jeep to overheat in the 230s and to drive it home. The next day I called them back and told them I talked to other mechanics and this is not true so I dropped it off on Friday February 9th. The have had little to no communication to me and have not reached out ignoring my emails.
I am struggling to get to and from work after buying a $27,000 car thats not running. My second car payment is due in two weeks and I havent even put 100 miles on it.
Preferred solution: I would like for them to promptly fix my car and not try to make me pay for the existing damages.

Verified ReviewerBuyer beware
They sold me a Chevy Colorado than had to take it back because it would have cost more to fix ( electrical issue ) but they put a sticker on it and than a Toyota Tacoma door was not on right. u joints ball joints and than took that back and put me in a Dodge Ram and than the motor went on it with the brakes and bearings.
They fixed it but should of never had inspection stickers on these vehicles..
They need to be investigated. Plus they charged me for taking the vehicle back and charged me for other vehicle they ran my credit THREE TIMES for all three vehicles and two they took back and said depreciation and charged me more to be put in a vehicle that was same price...
