Sold us a lemon and unwilling to stand behind their product.

Crown Dodge is unethical and a poorly run dealership. They should be ashamed of themselves.

After having a horrible experience of our own with the lemon Crown Dodge sold us, we later find out the previous owner of the car we purchased from Crown Dodge had the same problems with the car. The previous owner had brought in the car 7 times for the same problems. It is appalling that although Crown Dodge was fully aware of the cars poor history, they would resell the same vehicle without fixing the ongoing issues beforehand. In less than a month we had to bring the car back (the 1st time) for the exact same problems that should have been fixed before ever selling to a family. We ended up needing to bring the car in 5 more times and to this day it still isn’t fixed. As of yesterday, we were told all the car needs is a new battery. The battery has already been replaced 5 times.. And, what does a battery have to do with smoke coming from the driver's side door? We've been left stranded on the side of the road a number of times and received nothing more than the run around from Crown Dodge. We continued to have problems with the vehicle and had to bring the car into the service department 5 more times over a short period of time. We've had to spend thousands of dollars on rental cars and Crown Dodge will not take responsibility for the Lemon.

The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing and the employees did nothing but blame and complain about each other.

As consumers all we can do is vote with our wallets.

I sincerely urge anyone looking to purchase a vehicle TO STAY CLEAR FROM CROWN DODGE and tell everyone you know to do the same.

SOME OF THE FINANCIAL MANANGERS NEED TO BE FIRED

At Crown Dodge of Fayetteville's in Fayetteville, NC, we believe that everyone should be treated like a VIP. This philosophy translates to exceptional service, money-saving specials and the latest new and pre-owned inventory selections.

Come down today and experience preferential treatment.THIS IS FAR , FAR FROM THE TRUTH ,I WAS VERY UP FRONT WITH THEM, SO WHEN THEY PULLED MY CREDIT THEY DID NOT GO IN BLINDLY.

THEY SAID THEY THAT HAD WORKED UP A DEAL AND GO T ME APPROVED,THEY EVEN HAD THE FINAL APPROVAL ON PAPER, THEN TURN AROUND AND REVOKED IT, EVEN AFTER I SIGN THE PAPERWORK, THE SALES PERSON THAT I DEALT WITH DID EVERY THING THAT HE WAS SUPPOSE TO DO, AND THEY MADE HIM LOOK LIKE A FOOL,,, THERE FINANCE MANANGERS NEED TO BE FIRED, THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, ASWELL AS BEING VERY RACIST, YOU CAN FEEL IT IN THE ATMOSFEAR WHEN YOU GO THERE, NO ONE WANTS TO GO TO A DEALSHIP, THAT IN THE BUSINESS OF SELL CARS TO MAKE MONEY AND BE TREATED LIKE A FOOL, I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS TO TELL THERE FRIENDS TO NEVER , NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP,SOME OF THERE FINANCIAL MANANGERS NEET TO BE FRIED OR SENT TO A BEHAVIORAL CLINICAL SO THAT CAN LEARN *** TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT, OTHERWISE YOU JUST ASWELL CLOSE THE DEALERSHIP, BECAUSE NO ONE ,AND I MEAN NO ONE WILL EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BECAUSE THERE FINANCIAL MANANGERS ARE FOR LICK OF A BETTER WORD,, RACIST *** !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ventura Crown Dodge = Lying, Sleazy, ***!

I have recently (2012) been raked over the coals and dumped on the side of the road by this dealership and am absolutely determined to bring that ***-bag owner and all of his lying excuses of employees down.

From the start the salesmen promised me I could get a car within my means. After days of negotiating and finally driving away with a car they tried to take the car back. Knowing the law and getting advice from another car dealership, I chose to keep the car as I gave them all they requested at the time of signing the contract. I was hounded by the finance guys and told to keep the car by the sales team manager. They sent a repo company to pick up the car who not only had no legal right to take the car, stalked me and harassed me at work, cornered me as if I was a criminal, made public my personal information, and physically and verbally threatened me in front of my children and parents. I ended up calling the police who made very clear the repo company Ventura Co Recovery was not to physically keep me and my family from leaving by blocking our vehicle with theirs. When I was warn out and did not want my young children to endure any more trauma resulting in bad dreams and being afraid of being alone (because they were scared of repo slime) I decided to take this absolute heinous experience to the owner "Mr 6 fingered Crown" because the staff gave me such *** conflicting advice. What a mistake! In front of my young son he insulted me, bullied me, and attempted to scare me into agreeing with him. Never evan heard a word I had to say while constantly interrupting me and frightening my son. I immediately left.

The details of this horrible car buying experience go on and on but honestly, I'm gonna save my energy for the court room.

Anyone interested in joining my class-action suit team?

Hey Count ***-ula, this post is five years old.

I've recently had a horribly outrageous experience dealing with Crown Dodge of Ventura and wished I had heard your experience before calling them.

Suffice it to say, a long story short, they lied, they wasted my time, ran my wife's credit without her authorization, had at least 2 "so-called managers" call me, only to then, hang up on me; when I began explaining how inconsiderate, disrespectful and unprofessional their sales person, sales manager, finance manager and floor manager were to me. I'll join in

I would like to join it

FF treats employees like garbage

I used to be an employee of Crown Dodge in Gadsden, AL, and I have first hand experience of the actions of FF (people know who im talking about). He once fired the tow truck driver two days before Christmas for a minor mistake.

He would walk around and never make a bit of eye contact with the employees, and would talk down to them and treat them like dirt. He would make no effort to get to know employees, we were just numbers on a payroll to him. There have been so many good employees come and go due to his temper and arrogance.

Me, as an employee of the body shop at the time, would get frequent orders from him to cut corners and do dishonest actions to save him a buck, it was horrible how long this went on. He is one of the worst boss's ever.

Crown Dodge Ventura, Ca

my wife took her Dodge Nitro in for an oil change and something that suppose to be 20 minutes turned out to be over an hour. After receiving the car back she noticed her license plate frame from another dealership where we purchases the car from was laying on the floor of the car and she noticed they replaced it with one of there own without even the courtesy of asking first.

I wonder what else they *** of peoples cars when there in for service.. I spoke with the service manager and you could tell he didn't give a ***. This is twice I've had bad service never do business with this company you will not be treated well..

There are so many bad reviews about Crown Dodge why are they still in business.

Never Use Crown Dodge In Ventura, California

I tried to purchase a vehicle from Crown Dodge on June 15, 2011. I traded my 2008 leased Honda Accord in.

They told me I was told I was approved and I drove out. This was after 6 hours of being there. After two weeks of having the car they told me I have to bring the car back because I was not approved. July 1, I took the car back and they returned my Honda to me.

They has put 1000 miles on my Honda(I have to pay for overage when I tune it in), and my 6 CD's were never returned to me. Also, my car was filthy inside. It had pine needles and something that looked like dog *** in the trunk. I have never had an experience like this in a dealership.

I asked them again and again, am I approved? They said oh yes you are.

Shame on you Crown Dodge. I will never go back and if I hear of anyone wanting a Dodge or Chrysler and know they are going there, I am going to state my opinion!

Crown Dodge of Fayetteville

I had attempted to purchase a new Dodge 1500 Ram at Crown Dodge of Fayetteville, we had walked on the lot browsing for a few moments before a salesman came up to us, when one finally did one of the first comments out of his mouth was that the new trucks have 10000 off the sticker price and an additional 1000 dollar Visa kind of like gift card that you get when you purchase one.

We had told him we were military and only 3 things really mattered to us 4 wheel drive because of the ability to be stationed anywhere, a tow hitch, for whatever toys we may get, and a quad cab for room for children. We had started to test drive some trucks and I had researched them but still had question as in whats a big horn have the others done etc. The salesman new nothing about any question I had and I even corrected him on a few things that he had told my wife wrong, he played it off stating he was new and didnt work here much. They pulled out a truck from the back of the lot that hadnt had the bedliner put into it yet, the side steps on, or the tow hitch on it. I had told the salesman i wanted to use the 1000 dollar card towards the price of the car bringing it to 11000 in discounts.

He understood and said that was fine, when we were initially bargaining the price of the vechile the first sheet had only 10,500 in discounts on it and we had asked him about it to which he replied "theres 10,500 off thats kind of unheard of... Thats not enough?" No its not... we were told 11,000 upon walking up 11,000 is 11,000 not 10,500. He got it sorted out and I dismissed it as a miscalulation or slight error. We sit down with finance after a price is agreed upon and we are doing all the paperwork we asked our salesman numerous times and also the finance worker the bedliner side rails and tow package will all be added on a day later to which they answer yes.

We return the next day drop off the car and bring a friend with us who is also looking for new vehicles she shops around for a little bit and finds one that is stickered at 19,999 on sale. She is interested they draw up the paperwork and the actual vehicle price comes to 20,400 or something like that I point out there error to them to which he replies oh thats a miscalculation. Wow... 2 miscalculations 2 days in a row these people work with numbers all day long and i am sure there would be no mistakes in my favor but ones that favor them happen quite a bit.

So we go back to get the truck later on that day it has the bedliner and side rails but no tow package, and isnt detailed or washed for us either. I ask about the tow package and the salesman tries to tell me well that vehicle doesnt have a tow package on it, even though the day before he had said it did and the window sticker says Tow Hitch/W4 Pin Connector Wiring. We hadnt documented anything to be added onto the vehicle on the purchase agreement because we were told it all would be added an not to worry about it. After about an hour an a half and them trying to get for me to pay 400 for them to add a tow hitch the manager finally agrees as the salesman and finance officer had promised it to me but tries to play it off on me an make me feel bad by saying Thats fine if thats what you want i'll take it out of the salesman salary. Fine... I got it. It was already 7:30 and I hadnt been home yet so I decided whatever I dont care about the detail an wash and left.

The next day i'm driving and theres a bad rattling in the steering wheel, I call the dealership they say to bring it in, on the way to the dealership the rattling had subsided I call an ask him what do I do now he said to bring it in anyways they can look at it, ok I bring it in he tells me they will look at it first thing in the morning. I call at 2 the next day it hadnt been touched when i get off work I call again they said they couldnt hear the rattling I had said it was making... ...No way your kidding right...? I had told them it had stopped and sounded like a loose piece of plastic had been stuck in the steering column and gotten rejammed back up in there. So by that time it was too late for them to look at it again so they have to keep it another day. The next day around 1 I call back it still hadnt been looked at again go up there at around 5 and the salesmanager looks at me as I had been there 4 days in a row with problems and tells me Wow your back again in a *** tone as he was the one I had to argue with about the tow package.

I had traded in a vehicle too and about 3 weeks later it still had yet to be paid off well that kind of funny so I call the dealership asking why... Turns out they had never even started the financing with our company USAA and had neglected to tell us that when we walked out we had given them the approval letter for our loan signed and they told us we were good to go, when they hadnt done a single thing with it. So have to spend a Friday night on the phone with them sorting it out and was overdue on my auto payment thinking it had been paid off even tho 25 days afterwards it hadnt when they promised me it would only take 10 days.

I received the dodge survey and filled it out anotating my problems and issues with the dealership, and than my salesman John calls me asking me why he got the rating he earned on the survey and tells me if there are any problems with the vehicle or anything in the future or if it needs to be towed to not call him because he wont help me.

Overall the worst car buying experience I've ever had
