Brand new cabinets that were installed by Crown Choice were damaged (chipped, marred, uneven and bad cuts, etc.) by Crown Choice.
Numerous emails were sent to Crown Choice, with no reply from Crown Choice by either phone, text, email.
Crown Choice Website states: "Experienced and Professional, Quality construction is guaranteed." Would never return to
the job site to correct the problems and damage.
And don't believe the quote "We want all of our customers to be satisfied."
Not True and do not believe their reviews on trustedpros.ca.
We experienced the complete opposite.
After the so called work was completed, we found that had we had more time and researched further, we could have saved ourselves a lot of money and headaches by hiring a reputable company.
As other companies through their references i.e.
other customers physical sites that we visited, had a better final quality product than what was done by Crown Choice. Competition pricing for the same job was a lot less.
My preference is always to provide a positive review, if deserved, but when not remotely deserved a 1 Star or less.
A positive review meant that the company provided a good experience.
