i got hurt at work in nov of 2014 and have been fighting with them all this time i was refered to a surgern and he read my mri and found that i had other damages to my shoulder. work denied this at the court hearing and so i was told not to have the surgery until it was approved so i called the surgern and told them that i needed to wait until it was approved and yes i set up an appointment cause i am loosing the use of my right shoulder and arm.
and have been in pain for over a year. the surgern and my work decided to submit a medco 14 and i agreed to the light duty now the problem is that since i called and canceled the appointment for the surgery due to getting sick so they have dropped me and i went from light duty one arm work to full duty and they wont do anything for me canceled everything so now im on the *** of loosing my job when i was sent home yesterday the personnel director and nurse want me to use my insurance to get the surgery and i dont think there right in bagering me on what to do....i have no medco 14 and will be loosing my job because of all of this please help me im not sure what to do thank you Lynn Tebbe
