I bought a car for 12k, had 11k in repairs. The car cleansing includes a dust and a shampoo no more.
They refused to address the issues.
They Put 200 miles on the car the one month it was in their possession. Blatant disrespect for women.
No professionalism, no honesty, no quality. Horrible.

They have not done anything if anything made it worse they still refusing to give me my truck even tried saying I didn’t have to pay the “1200” fee then when they picked up the loaner car then said I owed for the two and said the car has damaged to front end which no it did not and that now unless I pay the 1200 tow and damages that he is getting estimate for we can’t have it now mind you they are not the finance company and yet the are wanting to truck payment
They lie to the bank will sell you a car with bad transmission ask for down payment for their own Pocket then keep your car once its fixed until you give them that extra down payment crooks
