This was followed by two years of promises via text messeges . Now he has not responded to even those . Don t do business with him or any company he has an affiliation with . He agreed verbally to pay a flat rate .
We had sent him a similiar load several years before and were eventually paid .
There is another recycler like us in the Cleveland area who he also owes money to . We have alerted the Better Business Bureau in Cleveland and noticed he has D- rating .
