Service and Repair Departments have questionable ethics

Crown Acura of Greensboro, NC charged me for parts and repairs that were NOT done to my MDX. Service rep Karen Hinshaw was rude and accusing when I called to let her know that I was very displeased. Cost of so-called repairs over $4342.86. In contacting Service Manager, Todd, there has been no return call to discuss charges, repairs or any type of refund for parts and labor that was not done. Duncan Acura, Roanoke, VA went back through and took care of the things that were not done by Crown and replaced questionable parts, in addition to major things in need of repair that Crown chose to ignore. Cost for the repairs at Duncan equate to $3599.00. Service rep from Duncan stated he would be more than happy to go over invoices with Acura corporate. I feel that this needs to be addressed. I also feel that some type of provision should be made to hold Crown Acura accountable.
