The part that I ordered made it all the way down here to grass Valley California and then got sent back because they didnt deliver to my house. Dont know why Im trying to figure that out but I still need my money back or my part so I just want my money back for one of them only I ordered two more to make up for it.

I just need to talk to somebody Ill call you guys in the morning. Why did you call me please 530802**** God dammit this is difficult.

They misrepresent their inventory on their web site.

I made and order on their website on 7/11/20. I received an on line confirmation of my order within minutes.

They bill my credit card for the entire order 0n 7/11/20. On 7/12/20 I receive an email that one item in my order is out of stock and it will be 3-5 days before they get the back ordered item from the manufacture and my entire order would be shipped. I contact them on 7/22/20 about the status of my order. They respond that 3 more items in my order were now back ordered and it will be 3 weeks or more before the parts will be available.

Obviously they took my money and sold the parts they had in inventory that I had already paid for. I have both called and emailed the owner multiple times and received no response. I requested a refund on July on 7/27/20 and received and confirmation of my order being cancelled. My bank reflected a refund posted 7/30/20.

I ordered the same parts from Boats.net on 7/27/20 and the parts were delivered on 7/30/20. I highly recommend the professionalism and prompt service provided by Boats.net.

I would avoid doing business with Crowley Marine in Denver Colorado.

Poor service with online orders

Ordered parts for an outboard on June 2, 2020 and was notified that 2 of the parts were on back order. On September 2, 2020 I still had not received the parts so decided to check other online sellers for availability.

Multiple online sellers had the same parts in stock so I notified Crowley that I wanted to cancel my order unless they could guarantee shipping within 2 days. The responded and said they would expedite my order and ship it in 2 days. Now it has been 2 more weeks and still have not received the parts. What a joke this place is.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING MARINE PARTS FROM CROWLEY MARINE!!! You will, most definitely, regret it.

Crowley Marine - Outboard Motor Review from Twisp, Washington

I bought a 15horse certified used outboard motor from Crowley marine in Aberdeen Washington, it lasted two or three outings and the motor *** out. they replaced it with another motor which lasted a couple of outings and it *** out.

I took it to a marine shop closer to my house and they said it was some of worst workmanship they've ever seen. Crowley said to bring it back in they will fix it, at this point I do not trust the workmanship and I now have a broken motor and I'm out $850 plus tax.Crowley marine said they would not refund any money at all.
