'14 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LIMITED SMOKING! (not in a good way)
- I bought a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited on May 25, and it smokes at startup.
- In shop 17 days; valves replaced; issue persists; replacement promised.
I bought a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited on May 25. Since it has been in the shop for 17 days.
Ever since we bought the car, the vehicle smokes when we start it. Not a little smoke, a large puff of smoke. The dealership has replaced the PCV Valve, then the camshaft over the right intake valve, then the PCV Vavle again, and it still smokes. The service department, and Chrysler Engineers still do not know what is causing the issue.
They finally agreed verbally to replace our vehicle, that was 7 days ago and we have not heard from them since. I am beyond frustrated as a consumer and will NEVER by a Chrysler vehicle again!
They do not back their product and customer service is no longer once they get your money. Beware buyers!!

I would never ever buy a Chrysler piece of *** cars , rented a 2013 town and country from enterprise and had to switched it four times at different locations due to braking and transmission issues , besides they have the ugliest vehicles in the market
