Resolved: Missing credits
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I posted on pissed consumer and did reviews and they contacted me and said sometimes its just delayed but everything was fine and it was coming. So, it was resolved but they still have a communication problem that they need to address and I'm not removing my negative review from sites.

Account Disabled
No it wasn't resolved . They said I violated there terms and I am not getting my account back .
No explanation . I sent am email back to them asking when and how I did that .
Got no answer . I reported it to the Better Business Bureau and other people on there had the same issue
