Ad free I paid $79.99. Still ads.
- - Ad-free not working after $79.99 renewal.
- - Cannot delete debit card or bank info.
- - No contact options (email/phone/FaceTime) and no responses.
Ad-free paid $79.99 to renew automatically, but is still not ad-free. It won't allow me to delete debit card/bank info. There's no way to contact by email or phone call and no response via FaceTime messaging.

Preferred solution: Full refund. Delete my banking information. Vance and free annual subscription. Formal assurance and apology. See the have deleted payment info and cancelled subscription

I upgraded for no ad service. $79 and it was debited from my bank account.
ADS STILL RUNNING!! Ive tried to contact by email on their site and messaging through fb and calling a phone number that answers Salem (something I cant understand. Of course no way to actually talk to anyone.
Ive tried to delete my payment info on their site but get red letter warning unable to do this action. Im 81 and am now concerned the have my banking info and what might the do to it.
