Can’t drive in the rain

I’m waiting for a transmission fluid analysis from my insurance company. I have not heard from the service department and they haven’t even provided an estimate to me for the repair.

Crossroads Service Department has had my vehicle since 8/25/2020. This will be the LAST TIME they ever work on this truck as long as I own it!

Drove while raining and now its my fault the transmission has failed for the 4th time since 9/10/2020. They claim its not their fault this time and expect me to pay.

I bought this truck New In 2016 and it now has 27000 miles. Shame on Ram for blaming their customers for their truck failures. I cant drive my 2500 diesel in the rain or the transmission may fail. This aint a REAL TRUCK APPARENTLY like I thought when I made the purchase.

A TOTALLY DISGUSTED, DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! First and LAST RAM for me and NOBODY AT RAMS CARES... SHAME ON RAM !

Did I mention this truck cost $72,000 and only has 27000 miles and they say its my fault the transmission has water in it? WTF REALLY?

Preferred solution: Replace the transmission with one that will last at least until the vehicle gets broke in. 27000 miles. On the truck! My 5 year warranty runs out 4/24/21. The truck may never see the 100,000 miles.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy a RAM
