Crossroads Chiropractic rips off marketers, run by Dr. Taker (Taylor)

Have a friend who graciously offered to work for this chiropractor ... who completely zeroed in on every contact she had on her resume. Hired her w/out a contract then said a new patient is only someone who is seen more than 3 times. Encouraged the marketer to explore all of her contacts then put on the pressure about how many referrals needed to develop, which was entirely unrealistic with a chiropractor on every corner and local businesses stating they were hearing from one every week. Dr. Taker, we prefer to call her, made excuses for not paying the marketer on billable time when the marketer stopped marketing due to no way of proving referrals and no contract stating she would ever be paid. Dr. Taker further lied, with her office assistant who was nice when asking for what she wanted (the materials returned) then changed her tone when the marketer would not return them without the final check. Dr. Taker further lied to approach the office to pick up the materials from the consulting office of the successful marketer (who was away seeing clients in her own separate practice) and never did leave the final check. Sad day when someone calling themselves a wellness professional is only in the business for taking what she can from others without pay.

We spoke to one of the employers, who was caught in Dr. Taker's witch hunt.

He told her off and demanded she pay the contractor - she was not an employee as she is a more successful practitioner and affiliates with more reputable entities.

She remains anonymous due to threats.

Dr. Taker also took her receptionist from a doc.

The employee had to leave as the doctor was not a positive match due to her tactics and this was made clear to her. Everything stated is absolutely true, which led to the doctor threatening her about stating any such information.

Slander would be untrue statements and she knows this is not. Someone reputable would not have to resort to these threats and she could not be involved. Had she paid her employee, there would not have been further contact but she did not. Yes, she stole her materials back (from a different office)and did not leave the check, making other colleagues equally uncomfortable.

Do not take your chances with this unprofessional doc, who continues to re-hire for the same position.

She could not walk away graciously and continued to witch hunt - as she admits in this reply. Even more telling of her nature.

The person who left this comment was a former employee of ours. As well as for all of the other companies that she has made comments about (I have spoken to more than one of them).

Everything written above is slanderous and untrue.

This person was paid for their services as soon as an address was provided, as she refused to bring in our property and pick up her last check. No other contact has been made with this individual
