Cross Communications - Internet Service Review from Redlands, Colorado

Horrible service. Little to no internet for the 4 months.

They tried to push a more expensive service. Until they finally decied not to service my area anymore. But the chose to continue to take my money and told me I have an open ticket. Customer service is lacking.

Tried to stay with a local company but they could not deliver.

They never followed up with me, I had to initiate all communication. They should be called only Cross.

No complaint

I recently read a complaint about cross communications . i have worked with them off and on for many years.

they helped me get back on my feet and helped my family at chriatmas time. in the many years i have been with them i have seen contractors come and go. some contractors get disgruntled because they received chargebacks . charhebacks are given for bad work or service calls.

when i first started working for them i received charrge backs ii questioned them and i even went to the directv local office and asked tgem about these charge backs. they explained to me what they was for and the cross communications do not make them up. i saw my mistakes i was making and i learned how to correct them. so whoever is writing bad things about this company must be a disgruntled ex contractor.

i will be with this company for much longer they are very fair and i appreciate all they have taught me over the years . thank you....

I had heard of this company I had also seen them in Rockwood. I went in to there office after speaking to another company called Skyline technologies. Skyline is ran out of the living room of there home and Cross Communocations is a very nice office and had models of there service. Between the two companies I chose the one in business longer and the one who actually had a business/office. I had a very pleasant experience with them. The office staff that was there was very kind professional and knowledgeable. I have even referred several of my friends to there company for there install needs. The other company I unfortunatly cant say that about. If you really think about it, the other company called Skyline ran by a man named Brent I believe, is more than likely the one who is making negative comments about Cross Communications to make his fly by night looking company look better. It is sad to see someone do this.

Thank you very much...

Very Shady, Do not pay their contractors.

Worked for them as a Directv/Hughesnet installer. All was well until I started having to chase them around to get my paycheck.

All other techs are doing the same thing. They quit routing the techs and the owner is doing the installs. Directv has cut them off for missing equipment and paperwork. The owners are Corey Barnes and Melanie Still.

Do not work for them. It will cost you. Still waiting on my last 3 checks for about 2000.00 dollars.

I turned in an 1100 dollar paysheet one week and they wrote me a check for $150 and then sent me to a job that was 100 miles away. I was pissed.

Oh yeah. I forgot to mention that I can't even find them on the BBB. Not even sure that they are a legit company
