CROSS AUTOMOTIVE 4127 Azalea Park Ct. Semmes, Alabama/Double-crossed me
I had some repair work done on my SUV , a new timing belt replaced. Didn,t have any problems until I picked up my car.Just needed routine maintainence/preventive maintainence and they made my vehicle run so bad and made so much noise. I had to get rid of my nice car AFTER trying to put up with the noise it made for about a year. I hated driving it period. I tried taking it back several times and they just said everything checks out. Whatever they did only GOD knows, they didn't want to take claim of the way my car was running. The so-called mechanics working there needs some special training on repairing automobiles. I know some backyard mechanics can do a better job than what they did.

I think if you have a complaint you should have talked with the owner. I know these people they are honest and Godly people.
