Did not receive package
I placed an order with this company on April 7th and I still have not received my package. This is absolutely ridiculous.
When I ordered it said it would be arriving within 3 to 5 business days. These goggles were supposed to be an Easter present and here we are almost freaking June and I still haven't gotten them.
I want my money back and I will never order anything with this company again. I will also make sure everyone knows about this as I am going to make a Facebook post so no one else gets scammed like I did .

It's unusable without a handle. They even advertised the handle was improved. The handle was not included.

Package never received
Never received my product! Scam website
I ordered a package from this company in the beginning of February. My email said the package arrived March 18th.
I never received any package on that date. The email didn't come in until the 23rd of March, saying the package was delivered on the 18th. Well, I contacted my local U.S.
Postal Service, and they informed me that the tracking number didn't exist on their end and that it could be fake. They have yet to contact me about reimbursement of my money!
Preferred solution: Full refund

When I first received your product, I thought if it was made very well, though when I went to charge it for the first time, the charging port pulled completely out of the unit leaving me with nothing but an empty shell. I am very disappointed because I really wanted to use your product
