PURCHASED A WICKER STORAGE CHEST

PURCHASED CO7300 WICKER STORAGE CHEST AND IN A VERY SHORT TIME THE METAL HINGE BROKE. I LEFT A MESSAGE AND NO ONE RETURNED A CALL.TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

User's recommendation: BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT. OBVIOUSLY THIS PRODUCT USES POOR MATERIALS.

I have a tall pantry cabinet with 1 wrong door.

Crosley Furniture - I have a tall pantry cabinet with 1 wrong door.
I ordered the Savanna tall pantry, it has 4 doors the top 2 are correct but the bottom are the same side.

Front door panel came damaged, had to drill holes in one of the side panels, not what we were expecting !

Awful to assemble

This TV stand matched what we already have, which is the reason why it was purchased. However, it is absolutely AWFUL to put together. The instructions were unclear, drawings were upside down, the dowels didn't fit in holes, panels did not fit snugly and kept falling out, and it was extremely discouraging.

User's recommendation: Unless furniture is partially or fully assembled, DON'T BUY IT.

Furniture came with 2 sides the same letter F. I need a letter E to complete putting furniture together. They sent me another F . Then they sent me a shelf instead of the side I needed. Now w

Now when I call the number NO ONE ANSWERS. And the e-mail shuts off when I try to send a request for the right part . I need a E side drawer door for product Kitchen pantry CF3102. I bought this product from Macy's and I am very disappointed as I have purchased major products from Macy's before. I have called and reported this to Macy. But, this is Crosleys issue. My next step is to report the issue to better business bureau. This product was over $400 . Please help resolve the issue. LETTER E SIDE DOOR DRAWER is what I need. My phone 347-574-****

Brand new box of miss matched Bar stool parts. Not returnable .

Received a pair of expensive mahogany and leather bar stools from Crosley Furniture as a wedding present. Upon assembly right out of the factory sealed carton the units had the wrong size miss matched parts. I sent photos to Crosley and they acknowledged the problem but could not do anything after their 90 day warranty verified by proof of purchase. Also the items are dis continued. So now if I want to embarrass the new in laws and trouble them for a receipt if it even is within 90 days I still do not think I can wind up with some suitable bar stools. The fact Crosley obviously screwed up and shipped a box of dis continued parts and is hiding behind their bogus 90 day warranty shows me an honesty issue here. I am stuck. Crosley talks a good game but they will not fix their own admitted mistakes. Do not buy boxed items from Crosley or it might be a box of firewood if you lose your receipt or wait 90 days to dis cover their mistake.
