I purchased cabinets from Cronos Design. I sent them measurements, pictures and asked for their expertise. I asked them to please check the measurements to be sure they were correct. When I received my cabinets they were totally wrong. I called them and spoke to the company president. Gary Yukov. All he did was talk over me. (I hate it when people do that!). His rudeness was unacceptable. He offered my 50% off to buy new cabinets to placate me. However, when I received the 50% off estimate he had only given a discount on a portion of the order. In reallity, the true cost was more like 90% of the original cost. Be cautious my friends. Cronos thinks they are smarter than you are and will work harder to get out of doing the right thing than if they had just done it right in the first place.
So yes ....I'm pissed. Very expensive working with these people only to end up with nothing. Should've Cronie Design...Not Cronos!
