Poor quality
- - QC failed; cracks from missing rubber blocks.
- - 7 of 24 windows replaced; glass maker removes only panels, avoiding frame removal and Hardi-Siding.

NO Quality Control. Each "picture window" when removed by a PROFESSIONAL glass company found the windows did not have rubber blocks between the double pane glass and the metal frame therefore allowing them to crack.
7 of our 24 windows have been replaced, 5 at our expense and 2 replaced by the manufactured home builder 2 times and they had to remove entire window frame unit.
We used a different glass manufacturer that offers better quality and can remove and install the glass panels only. No need to remove the frame which results in VERY expensive Hardi-Siding replacement.

It only has one little slider under window causing it to tilt on fallout.very poor design I dont see how they could send it like this.

Request for Warranty Coverage on a Window Sash
- - Purchased 23 windows from Mobile Home Depot Palmetto, FL in Mar 2023; installed 12/2023; condensation in 20 Series sash; replacement sash requested.
We purchased 23 windows from the Mobile Home Depot in Palmetto, FL in March of 2023. We are snowbirds so the windows were not picked up and installed until December of 2023 therefore the windows have been installed and in use for 17 months.
We just recently noticed that there is condensation in between the panes on the sash of one of the 20 Series VS Vinyl Window Tilt Sash White Low E Clear 30 x 39-5/8 inch, SKU: 0530******** windows. Therefore we are requesting a replacement sash.
- Easy to clean
Preferred solution: New sash replacement. Seal is broken causing condensation.

Looking for a replacement part for my storm door closer - I was told that the stop washer wasn't available.
Disappointed that Croft doesn't make replacement parts available. It appears that they just want the customer to spend a lot more money buying the complete assy.
