Poor Support and customer service.
This company has one of the poorest support and customer service. When you reach out to them for support, its like talkinv to street gangster except gangster have common sense respect.
I sent an email to their support site and they replied back with very rude response.
Response are like demands to push you away from getting their support. I am going to report these unprofessional lazy people who hates their job to their CEO.
Preferred solution: Give the ustomer what they paid for and fire all the rude employees.
Invaluable work asset
Our company has utilized Crocodile Solutions software for many years now; it is an invaluable asset to the work day. The software is user friendly, easy to navigate and populate.
The ability to create multiple client related documents with one button is appreciably time saving . Additionally, in the many years we have used the database, the need for tech support has been very infrequent. When it was, the staff was immediately available and addressed any issues right away.

Outdated Product, Horrible Customer Service
This software is completely outdated and has poor functionality and costs as much as the leading customer management programs.
1) Does not integrate with box, dropbox etc...
2) Does not natively integrate or push info to any calendaring program automatically.
3) No dashboard showing daily task lists. Must go into individual client file which makes the program unworkable for even small caseloads.
4) HORRIBLE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. We spoke with Jessica Moore (the only rep) who was rude and did not offer to compromise any solution to a year contract when we found the product unusable.
Please avoid this product at all costs. You will avoid many headaches and save money.
