She will work for the vendor not whom she is renting to.

Joanna will also avoid phone calls, but call on an unknown number she will answer without delay. This specks for itself.
Joanna is a lier and great false pretender.
My advise is be very careful doing business with her and make sure you have everything in writing from her so that you have recourse on her.
